    Mad Dog Cycles is seeking a hard-working eCommerce Department Manager able to lead our small team of customer care and eCommerce associates. We need a driven, technologically capable individual willing to take our growing eCommerce business to the next level.

    Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    Customer Care, handle all inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, text, chat, social media, etc. Will use several different types of software, must be technologically inclined.

    eCommerce, Responsibilities here will include website design, catalog maintenance, working with our Marketing team to ensure our website business works along side our retail business and that our eCommerce efforts drive business to our catalog.

    Assist with website order processing, receiving of product, packing and shipping. Work with customer’s inquiries related to items they are interested in ordering. Must be able to apply suggestive selling techniques in an effort to help online customers purchase the items correct for their intentions.

    Ensuring that our eCommerce customers across the United States are taken care of and return to us for all of their cycling and lite electric vehicle needs.

    Social Media, As a member of this team you will not only communicate with our customer base via social media but will also assist our Marketing team by posting, promoting, scanning groups and forums for potential business and general engagement.

    We are willing to train good people so previous experience is not always required but you will be required to prove your abilities and claimed experience. Strong applicants will have experience in these areas:

    SmartEtailing, Shopify, eBay and similar eCommerce shopping platforms

    Google ads and analytics

    Social Media platform business tools

    Shipworks (or similar)
