    The right candidates will have a passion for asking questions, solving problems, finding answers, bicycles in general, a willingness to learn, and, of course, people! The right candidates must also like working in a fast-paced environment where every day is often different than the day before.

    Responsibilities:

    Welcome and assist customers in a positive and genuine manner

    Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

    Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate customer purchasing

    Cross-sell products (when necessary find alternative products that fulfill customer needs)

    Ensure displays are fully stocked

    Manage returns of merchandise

    Coordinate with the Customer Specialist team to provide excellent customer service

    Inform customers about discounts and special offers

    Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

    Stay up-to-date with new products and services

    Qualifications:

    Retail sales/customer service: 1 year (preferred)

    Riding bikes is your passion: a must

    Lightspeed Point of Sale experience: bonus
