ROTOR America has our US Headquarters in Ogden, UT and is looking for a customer service representative. Reporting to the Brand Manager your mission will be:
Manage all aspects of customer orders.
Placing the order in our system
Prepare the order in the warehouse and have it ready to be shipped
Track the orders until its arrival to the client.
Respond to incoming customer service calls and mails, and assist customers with technical, service, and delivery issues
Outbound customer sales calls.
Represent ROTOR and build relationships with consumers at events including races and tradeshows.
Support and assist other departments
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in customer support, preferably in the bicycle industry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Must have an understanding and knowledge of the bicycle industry, channels, and culture.
Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively handle customer questions, demands, and complaints.
Possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft applications, etc) and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and order management / data entry systems as SAP
Must be comfortable with cross-departmental communication with all levels.
Adaptable and capable of multi-tasking and thriving in a busy environment.
Able to work independently as well as within our team environment.
Great with people, professional, patient and composed.
Possess a dynamic, positive and fun can-do attitude.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Solid decision making and problem solving skills, ability to think on feet a must
