Job Description
Fezzari is changing the way bicycles are designed, built, purchased and assembled. We don’t sell bicycles, we deliver experiences. Our personalized approach means each bike is custom built to the rider. Road Bike Action Magazine said, “Fezzari is a company that has customer service on the brain.” MTBR.com said, “The fact we literally had to pry [our Fezzari test bike] away from our last test rider speaks volumes about the goods Fezzari delivers.” Mountain Bike Action Magazine said, “We have had nothing but good interactions with Fezzari and … they are some of the best in the business as far as coming through for their riders.” We our passionate about our products, our customers and our employees.

Responsibilities
We are looking for people who are self-motivated, excited about our products, able to work in a fast-paced environment, have an open mind, are willing to learn, and love talking with people. Must be able to work in a team environment. Responsibilities may include: Sales – customer interaction, implementing best-practices, coaching and guiding customers Marketing – multi-media production, social media management, ambassador management, website management, ad placements, media interaction Events – Fezzari Experience event management

Qualifications
Must have an interest in and knowledge of bicycles. Must be self-motivated, easy to work with, willing to learn, and get along well with others. Must love biking and have an interest in all types of bikes. Must be excited and skilled at communicating with others both on the Fezzari Team and Fezzari customers. We are looking for the best people and pay will be commensurate. Work location will be in Lindon. Full and part-time jobs are available.
