Depending on where one looks for advice, a good cycling companion has the following traits; a good cyclist, a positive attitude, helpful in a number of ways, sociable yet capable of being alone, entertaining, able to repair a bike, comfortable with camping, humorous and resourceful.
Riding around Utah Lake is popular, in that it is much smaller than the Great Salt Lake, and is encircled with roads, none of which are mountainous.
However I’m here to tell you that racing your bike will make you a better cyclist, period! But there are many other reasons to consider racing.
