The fourth annual Ride Sun Valley Bike Festival returns to the stunning scenery and world-class singletrack of Sun Valley, Idaho June 26 – July 5, 2014. The festival is a rowdy and homegrown celebration geared for anyone who enjoys life on two wheels.
Jack Lasley is the organization’s Program Coordinator, and he, alongside about 20 volunteers, serve as missionaries preaching the message of the bicycle, and supporting the program’s mission statement.

The 5th annual 6 hours in Frog Hollow went off under blue skies on Saturday April 19. The recent move to a spring date was just one of the changes this year that led to a sold out crowd of bunny’s, beginners, families and pro’s all showing up for the fun.
If you want to ride like a pro, it helps to do as they do. For Tom, doing regular core strengthening exercises is how he rides powerfully and pain-free. But importantly, this book is not just for aspiring pros. It is for any cyclist at any level who would like their body to function better, both on and off the bike.
This 62.4-mile out-and-back ride travels along flat terrain in Cedar City, and hilly terrain to the west of the city. The hilly terrain is found within the Iron Mountains, which rise to 7,815 feet.
Our quiet soon came to an end as we entered Highway 101. If you have ever driven down this highway in the summer you have seen bicycle tourists in relatively large numbers. In all of our tours we have never seen so many bicycle tourists. A farm stand operator explained that we were riding against the grain as most bike tourists travel north to south.
